A. Lannie Cragg was present regarding his requost for a
garage variance.(See File j 124) The access to this garage
Would be over the same vacated street mentioned in the Ebert-
Franquist matter anti could be closed by any of the property
owners east of Cragg and Ebert. Mr. Cragg was informed that
favorable action might depend upon a formal approval of these
neighbors which should be filed with other information in
File # 124 for his future protection. Mr. Cragg agreed to
furnish Bch evidence.
The Planning Commission wishes to be placod on record
as unequivocally and unanir.â–ºously in favor of the acquisition
of tho Orono Orchard Golf Course area for future development
of a self-supporting recreational project.a factor which is
regrettably ladcing in the Village to date.
Thero being no further business.the meeting was adjournede
