SUBJECT: Sewer Abatement
STAFF REPORT: The Council asked to have this item placed on the May 28, 1974,
Council agenda. Several years ago when a division of Parcel 350 was approved
with half the property going to the Wolfe's and haff of the property going to
the Sutters. The Wolfes now own all of Parcel 350 and they are asking for an
abatement of the taxes. If this abatement is approved, it should be conditioned
on the Wolfes combining the 2 parcels of land that they own.
