Inspected site today and took a picturt, This lot is the
fourth lot from Minnetonka Village one� Crystal Bay Road.
There are homes on both sides eliminatting the possibility
/of any further combinations.
Lot is 56' wide on Crystal Bay and 46' wide in rear and
approximately 200' deep. '^ ..11
Sewer is available.
The lot is high and wooded.
