Being first duly sworn on oath, the undersigned Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Orono, a Minnesota municipal corporation,
hereby assent to the above -cited land title proceeding and
registration. The undersigned Mayor and City Clerk understand the
interest of the City of Orono is called due to a public easement
for highway purposes over the Southeasterly 33 feet of a road
formerly known as Northern Avenue, and now vacated. This easement
is cited in Item Nos. 4(a) and 4(b) of the Report of the Examiner
dated December 2, 19B8, concerning this action. It is also the
understanding of the undersigned that the Examiner shall request
an Order of the Court terminating the interest of the City of
Orono in the public easements for highway over the southeasterly
33 feet of the road formerly known as Northern Avenue. Unless
conditions and/or recommendations, ,.-. issued by the Examiner of
Titles, change in this matter, the undersigned shall waive any
right to future notice in connection with the Petition and
subsequent Order.
