WHEREAS, the expedited development of a regional recreational trail on the corridor ' <br /> i would clarify the use of the corridor,would discourage further encroachments onto the trail, and <br /> ; would provide the unique and valuable recreational a.iid transportation benefits that only this ' <br /> ': comdor can provide to this area. <br /> !
