Dear Mr. Anderson:
I have become aware that effluent from your septic
system is being discharged on the ground star,facF-
This is a violation of Ifunicipal Ordinance 82.' a),
a public nuisance endangering health.
I respectfully ask that within the next two weeks
you have your tanks pumped and steps taken to prevent a
reoccurrence by extension of the field if necessary, and
a statement from the repairman as to what was done.
