That the 2005 employee pay schedule; reflecting a 3.00%pay adjustment effective 1-1-2005, is approved. . 2. That the City's cafeteria benefit plan contribution be increased to $565.00 per . month. 3. That City employees using their own vehicles for approved work related business shall be coinpensated at a rate allowed by the IRS (cunently$.375 per mile).
