. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT �
BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Police Depai-tment enters into a grant
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the
project entitled SAFE & SOBER COMMLTNITIES duriilg the period from NovemUer 2004
through Septeinber 30, 2005. Chief Stepllany Good is hereby authorized to execute such
agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Orono
Police Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Chief Stepharly Good is hereby authorized
to be the fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of the Orono Police Department.
• Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held
October 11, 2004. '
