RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION ADOPTTNG THE PROPOSED 2004
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2005
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono, County of Hennepin,
Minnesota, that the following sums be levied for the current yeax, collectible in 2005 upon the
taxable property in the City of Orono,for the following purposes:
General Fund - Operating $3,005,470
PIR Fund - Infrastructure Replacement(Road) 69,950
Park Fund -Land Acquisition and Development 5,000
G.O. Improvement Bond 1997 18,000
Public Facilities Revenue Refunding Bond 1998 -HRA 250,000
G.O. Improvement Bond 1999 5,000
G.O. Improvement Refunding Bond 2003 35,000
• Public Facility Revenue Fire Halll Equipment Bond 2003 -HRA 73,250
TOTAL ALL LEVIES 3 4 1 670
The City Clerlc is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County,Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held
September 13, 2004.
