RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF KELLEY & KELLEY DIVISION
W[EREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City;
and
1*1EREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision
plat for Kelley & Kelley, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono
hereby approves the plat of Kelley & Kelley Division, Heimepin County, Minnesota,
subject to the following:
1. Reconsider and replace Resolution No. 841 with this
resolution.
2. The granting to the City of Orono drainage and utility
easements as shown on the plat.
3. The granting to the City of Orono flowage and open
space easements to Outlot A.
-4. The payment of a park dedication fee of $250 per lot,
total of $750.00.
5. The understanding that Lot 3 will have a private road
platted to the east lot line to provide continuous access
through the parcel at the time Lot 3 is divided and
platted.
6. Title opinion and easements approved by the City Attorney.
This resolution will expire on May 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision
plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for sub-
division approval.
Adopted by the Orono City Council at their regular meeting of October 24, 1977.
