offered the
following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
WHEREAS, the City Council
of the City of Orono
has received from the County of
Hennepin, a list of lands
in said municipal-
ity which became the property of
the State of Minnesota,
for non-payment of
1968 or 1969 real estate taxes,
whic.1 said list has been
designated as Classi-
fication List No. 652 -NC and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been
classfied by•the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota
as non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized
by said Board of County Commissioners:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant
to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of
County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as non -
conservation land be and the'same is hereby approved, and that the sale of
each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved,. EXCEPT THE
ATTACHED LIST TO BE RETAINED BY ORONO
