• RESOLUTION NO. 842
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION FOR ROBERT HARVEY, SR.
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and �
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
%TIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the
City; and
WI-MREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a sub-
division by Robert Harvey, Sr.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Orono hereby approves the division of part of the Northwest quarter of Section
31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West, tax description 38-41331-1605, subject
to the following:
1. Flowage and conservation easement 10 ft. each side of the
centerline of the existing creek.
2. Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $500.00.
• 3. According to the certificate of survey by Gordon R.
Coffin dated December 9, 1976.
This resolution will expire May 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision
plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In that
event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
for subdivision approval.

of the City Clerk/Administrator, City of Orono.
