RESOLUTION NO. 841
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF KELLEY F KELLEY DIVISION
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and exist-
ing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision
plat for Kelley $ Kelley, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono
hereby approves the plat of Kelley & Kelley Division, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
subject to the following: '
1. The granting to the City of Orono drainage and utility
easements as shown on the plat.
2. The granting to the City of Orono flowage and open
space easements to Outlot A.
3. The payment of a park dedication fee of $250 per lot,
total $750.
4. The granting to the City of an access easement between
Lot 3 and Watertown Road, said easement to be filed in
the chain of title property.
This resolution will expire on May 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision
plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for sub-
division approval.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular
meeting held October 11, 1977.
