RESOLUTION APPROVING LONGVIEW
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and exist-
ing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision
plat for Longview by Mr. Donald Scott;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono
hereby approves the plat for Longview, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the
following:
1. The granting to the City of Orono access and utility ease-
ments to Outlot A.
2. The understanding that the City does not assume responsibility
for street access.
3. Establishment of drainage easements for surface flowage as
shown on the plat.
• 4. The payment of a park dedication fee of $250 per lot for
5 lots. One lot fee paid August 9, 1977, leaving $1,250
due at time of final.
5. City Attorney's approval of title opinion.
This resolution will expire on May 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision plat
has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In that event, it will be
necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision approval.
Adopted by the City Council at their meeting of October 11, 1977.

The undersigned duly qualified and acting City Clerk/Administrator of
the City of Orono hereby certifies that attached hereto is a true and correct
copy of the original resolution passed by the City Council of the City of Orono
on October 11, 1977, approving the Longview plat on file in the office of the
City Clerk/Administrator, City of Orono.
