RESOLUTION NO. 3 3 7
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RYANWOOD
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City;
and
1%1HEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision
plat for Ryanwood by Thomas Ryan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono
hereby approves the plat for Ryanwood, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the
following:
1. The proposal is consistent with adjoining parcels and the
recent sewer availability permits zoning to 1 acre density
rather than 2 acre density required in non-sewered areas.
2. County approval of any new access road to the south parcel.
3. Receipt of two park dedication fees in the amount of $2,000.
4. Ponding area to be retained as is.
S. Title opinion addressed to the City.
6. Staff review of reassessment formula.
This resolution will expire on April 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision
plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision
approval.

The undersigned duly qualified and acting City Clerk/Administrator of
the City of Orono hereby certifies that attached hereto is a true and correct
copy of the original resolution passed by the City Council of the City of Orono
on October 112 1977, approving the Ryanwood plat on file in the office of the
City Clerk/Administrator, City of Orono.
