That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists of the county and further collect said assessments thereon in the manner provided by law. 3. That eight percent (8%) be added to the amount due. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held September 26, 1977. /VA William B.
