A RESOLUTION VACATING PART
OF HILL STREET EAST OF

WHEREAS, a majority of the owners of property abutting that part of Hill
Street between Crestview Avenue and the gully to the east have requested the City
Council`,3'n an application dated February 10 1976,'to.vacate such street according
to law; farad • t
WHEREAS, a public hearing'was held an April'S, 1976, before the City
Council, -in the Council Chambers on such petition after due published and posted
notice had been given by the clerk on March 10; 1976, and all persons interested
were given an opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest of the City to
approve such petition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that such petition is hereby granted and
that part of Hill Street described as follows is hereby vacated:
The South 4 feet of that part of Hill Street lying East
of the Northerly extension of the West line of Lot 1,
Block 6, "Bayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka", accord-
ing to the recorded plat thereof.
Adopted by the Orono Council this 26 day of September 1977 by
a vote of 4 ayes and •0 nays.
