A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HENNEPIN COUNTY HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT TO CONDUCT A TRAFFIC STUDY ON
NORTH ARM DRIVE ( COUNTY ROAD #151)
WHEREAS, the Orono City Council did receive, on
July 11, 1977, a petition from the citizens of Orono that
live in the area of Loma Linda Avenue and West Branch Road
( County Road #151), and
WHEREAS, said petition is reuesting a lowering
of the speed limit on North Arm Drive county Road #151),
between Loma Linda Avenue and West Branch Road (County Road
#151 ), a distance of approximately four tenths of a mile,
from 45 Miles Per Hour to 30 Miles Per Hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Orono does hereby request the Hennepin County Highway
Department to conduct a traffic study for this area and
to report said findings to the Orono City Council.

at a regular meeting held July 1.1, 1977,
