A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY TREASURER
AS APPLICANT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS UNDER
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA PEACE OFFICER TRAINING BOARD
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Peace Officer Training
Board has certain funds available for the purpose of reimbursing
a portion of the costs. incurred by the City with regard to the
eight week Basic Police Science course which all police officers
must complete, and
WHEREAS, the City of Orono must designate an:official
as the applicant for the reimbursement funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be designated as the applicant for the reimbursement funds.
Adopted by the City'Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held July 11, 1977.
