Adopted at a regular meeting of the City Coun- cil of the City of Orono, Minnesota, held this 22nd day of April, 1975, by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays. If the applicable ordinance does not provide for a specific fee, the amount listed in this fee schedule shall prevail. In connection with any permit or procedure described herein, application or ordinance provisions may require the payment of fees for consultation with experts, professionals or other qualified persons or for other matters which may result in the imposition of a fee greater than that listed in this fee schedule.
