RESOLUTION #592
is A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DONATION OR
DONATIONS OF ESTABLISHING A BREATHALIZER FUND
WHEREAS, Maple Plain Lions wish to donate the sum of
$200.00 , and
WHEREAS, Long Lake Drift Skippers wish to donate the
sum of $50.00, and
WHEREAS, Maple Plain Company, Inc. wish to donate the
sum of $150.00, and
WHEREAS, Maple Plain Food Center wish to donate the
sum of $20.00, and
WHEREAS, Optimist Club of Lake Minnetonka/Wayzata wish
to donate the sum of $50.00, and
WHEREAS, Clinton Bergman wishes to donate the sum of
$25.00, and
WHEREAS, B. R. Vieach wishes to donate the sum of $10.00
to the Village of Orono for the purpose of establishing a Breathalizer
Fund to enable the Orono Police Department to purchase a Breathalizer
• at such time as enough monies be accrued,

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the donations of $505.00 be
accepted.
Adopted by the Village Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held April 22, 1975.

Police Department to purchase a Breathalizer at such time as enough
monies be accrued,
