A RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
BLACKTOP OVERLAY ON WILLOW DRIVE UNDER M.S.A.
WHEREAS, Willow Drive is in need of blacktop overlay
on that portion that is designated as M.S.A. funded; and
WHEREAS, sufficient M.S.A. funds are available for the
1975 construction season;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Engineer is
hereby directed to draw plans and -specifications for submittal to
the Minnesota State Highway Department for approval for construction
during 1975.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held April 8, 1975.
