RESOLUTION NO. SR9
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO REFUND
PAYMENTS -MADE ON ASSESSMENTS FOR THE
NAVARRE AREA WATER IMPROVEMENT 1970 LW -1
WHEREAS, the assessment of plat 41317,parcel 2000,
district 38 in the aggregate amount of $1,276.00 was stricken
and deleted from the assessment roll for Navarre area water
improvement 1970 LW -1, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wesley Wegan has made the following payments
to the city of Orono on the assessment on that property prior
to the revision of the assessment roll on August 27, 1974:
1972 $174.97
1973 162.53
. $337.50
BE IT RESOLVED that the staff is directed to refund to
Mr. Wesley Wegan the sum of $337.50.
Adopted this 8 day of April, 197,f, by a vote of
3 ayes and _0 nayes.
