A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF CIGARETTE LICENSES FOR 1975
WHEREAS, Chapter 62 of the Municipal Code provides for the licensing of
those persons engaged in the retail sale of cigarettes and other tobacco
products and establishes a fee for the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to issue licenses in 1974 to the following persons for sale of cigarettes
and tobacco products at the locations indicated below:
Arthur Gunderson
Harold's Beverage Service
Midwest Vending
Russell Wenkstern
Richard Keaveny
Leroy Koehnen
Village of Orono
Leo Scherber
Donald Abel
William Hoff Distributing
Francis K. Tyra
for Union 76 Station
Fleming Manufacturing Company
Olson's Equal Station
Lakeview Golf of Minnetonka
" Keaveny's Navarre Drug
Koehnen Standard Oil Station
" Orono Golf Course
" Saga Hill Grocery
Wayzata Country Club
Navarre Shell Station
" Tyra's Super Valu
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held January 28, 1975.
