BE 11' RESOLVED by the Villane Council of the Village of
Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
MME -REAS, at the time of the determination of the Village
Council of the Village of Orono of the total amounts of money to he
assessed in the proceeding of the improvements listed below certain
parcels of land had been exempted, the nature being Village owned
property and therefore not subject to assessment.
The following Special Sewer Assessments to be exempt:
Delete from Tax Roll:
Plat 42060 Parcel 5400
Antoine Park Levy 3302 Interceptor Sanitary Sewer 72.92
Levy 4048 Lateral Sanitary Sewer 2,801.52
Levy 5383 - Watermain 2,961.20
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, at a regular meeting held March 11, 1975.
