Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to grant WETLANDS VARIANCE
a conditional use permit and an excavation 141 Hackberry Hill
permit to fill and grade Mr. Fisher's, 141
Hackberry Hill, back year conditioned on the
City engineer and the building and zoning
director's final approval and maintaining
adequate drainage. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0).
