RESOLUTION #561
A RESOLUTION GRANTING DIVISION AND VARIANCE
OF 3133 CASCO POINT ROAD
WHEREAS, the Council adopted a resolution approving
this division and variance on October 24, 1973 subject to
certain conditions set out by the Council on that date;
WHEREAS, the applicant has fulfilled all of the
conditions set out by the Council on October 24, 1973;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the application of
Byrne Ghostley for a division and variance of 3133 Casco
Point Road shall be and hereby is unconditionally granted.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held September 24, 1974.
