RESOLUTION # 559
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1975 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 1975
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, County
of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied
for the current year, collectible in 1975 upon taxable property
in the City of Orono, for the following purpose:
For All Funds including P.E.R.A. 411,175
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund levy of
$29,100 for 1975 adopted September 4, 1963 by Resolution #23 is
unnescessary and is ordered cancelled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption Fund
levy of $2,200 for 1975 adopted October 9, 1972 by Resolution #465
is necessary and should be collected.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption Fund
levy of 19,900 for 1975 adopted by Resolution #556 on September
10, 1974 is necessary and should be collected.
The City Clerk -Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a
certified copy of the resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin
County, Minnesota
