RESOLUTION #546
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE UNVACATED PORTION OF
OAK PLACE
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to
law, a public hearing was held by the Orono Planning Commission at
the City Hall in the City of Orono, Minnesota on July 15, 1974 at
7:30 P.M. to consider vacating the unvacated portion of Oak Place,
described as follows:
That portion of Oak Place between Lots 14 & 15,
Block 7 and Lots 13-14-15, Block 6, Saga Hill
Revised - South one-half of Section 7 -
Township 117 - Range 23
WHEREAS, no public intent would be served in the predictable
future by keeping Oak Place as a City road,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the vacation
of the said street is in the best interests of the City:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the above described
street is hereby vacated.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held July 23, 1974.
