A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER PARK DEDICATION FEES TO PARK FUND
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION #480
WHEREAS, the Orono Village Council on January 22,
1973 established a park fund for the purposes of land
acquisition for neighborhood parks,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the following park
dedication fees be transfered from the General Fund to the
Park Fund as established in Resolution #480
1. (Receipt #10443) - Patch Real Estate Company --
$333.50
2. (Receipt #10541) - DiCon Company - $3,750
3. (Receipt #9569) - 1973 receipt - James D.
Fullerton, Jr. - $469.50
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a regular
meeting held May 13, 1974.
