• A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #526 TO PROVIDE A SEWER RATE CHARGE
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING ORONO'S METRO SEWER SERVICE BILL FOR 1974
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is required to pay the Metro
Sewer Service Charge for 1974, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires the Metro cost be allocated
to the users of the Orono sewer system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Sewer Service Charges
for the City of Orono be established as follows:
1. Residential rates - $12.00 per quarter, per dwelling
unit plus $.16 per quarter per dwelling unit to pay
the 1974 Metro Sewer Service Charge effective January 1,
1974.
2. Commercial or industrial - $12.00 per quarter plus
$.16 per 15,000 gallons of water used per quarter to
pay the Metro Sewer Service Charge effective January 1,
1974.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held April 22, 1974.
