• A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PORTION OF SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 73-1, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has received a feasibility
report on Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 73-1 for sanitary sewers
and appurtenant work, and a public hearing has been held thereon
after notice as required by law; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has ordered final plans and
specifications for a portion of said improvement; and
WHEREAS, said City deems it advisable to order construction
of a portion of said improvement at this time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
& 1. The City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant
to Ch. 429, Minnesota Statutes, does hereby order the
construction of that part of Improvement No. 73-1 described
as follows:
73-1F - Tonkawa Road area south of Bayside Road to North
Shore Drive
73-1D - North Shore Drive area, Bohn's Point Road to
Noerenberg Channel
73-1A - Daniel's Long Lake Heights
73-1E - Windjammer Lane, Loma Linda Avenue, Dahl Road,
Pirate's Cove area, North Arm Drive
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held April 8, 1974.

City Clerk -Administrator of Orono, Minnesota do hereby certify that

copy of the minutes of a meeting of the City Council of said City,
held April 8, 1974, insofar as the same relates to Improvement
No. 73-1 of the City and that the attached Resolution entitled
"Resolution Ordering a Portion of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.
73-1, Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids"
is a true and compared -copy of the Resolution referred to in said
minutes and on file and of record in my office.
