R E S O L U T I O N #528
BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to statutory authority, the
McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc., the City Engineer for and
on behalf of the City of Orono, Minnesota, is hereby authori-
zed to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department of
Highways, needed engineering and technical services during the
year of 1974; for which payment will be made by the City upon
receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner of Highways.
