A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #296 TO PROVIDE A SEWER RATE
CHARGE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING ORONO'S METRO SEWER SERVICE
BILL FOR 1974
WHEREAS, the Village of Orono is required to pay the
Metro Sewer Service Charge for 1974, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council desires the Metro cost
be allocated to the users of the Orono sewer system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Sewer Service
Charges for the Village of Orono be established as follows:
1. Residential rates - $12.00 per quarter, per
dwelling unit plus $.16 per quarter per dwelling
unit to pay the 1974 Metro Sewer Service Charge
effective January 1, 1974.
2. Commercial or industrial - $12.00 per quarter
plus $.16 per quarter to pay the Metro Sewer
Service Charge effective January 1, 1974.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held January 14, 1974.
