RESOLUTION NO. 521
RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
TO BE PREPARED FOR A PORTION OF SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 73-1
WHEREAS, the Village of Orono '_,.as received a feasibility
report on Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 73-1 for sanitary sewers
and appurtenant work, and a public hearing has been held thereon
after notice as required by law; and
WHEREAS, said Village Council deems it advisable to
order final plans and specifications for a portion of said
improvement at this time,
40 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council
of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Village Council of the Village of Orono, pursuant
to Ch. 429, Minnesota Statutes, does hereby order the
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc., Consulting
Engineers, to prepare plans and specifications for
that part of Improvement No. 73-1 described as follows:
73-1F - Tonkawa Road area south of Bayside Road to North
Shore Drive
73-1D - North Shore Drive area, Bohn's Point Road to
Noerenberg Channel
73-1A - Daniel's Long Lake Heights
73-1E - Windjammer Lane, Loma Linda Avenue, Dahl Road,
is Pirate's Cove area, North Arm Drive
