A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1974 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 1974
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, County of
Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for the
current year, collectible in 1974 upon taxable property in the Village
of Orono, for the following purpose:
For All Funds including P.E.R.A. 378,921
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund levy of
$29,100.00 for 1974 adopted September 4, 1963 by Resolution #23 is
unnecessary and is brdered cancelled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th.^t the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund levy of
$2,200 for 1974 adopted October 9, 1972 by Resolution #465 is necessary
and should be collected.
The Village Clerk -Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of the resolution of the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held October 9, 1973.
