RESOLUTION # 514
A RESOLUTION PROHIBITING DEVELOPMENT
ON A 2.39 ACRE SITE
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the sub-
division of Parcel 46001, Section 6, creating a 2.39 acre site, and
WHEREAS, the width and size of the parcel is inadequate
to be a building site in itself:
WHEREAS, the need to provide a means of public access
to Parcel 4300, Section 31 is recognized:
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the newly
created 2.39 acre lot is declared an unbuildable lot, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2.39 acre site will
remain unbuilda6le until it is combined with property to the east
• or west, or until zoning standards are changed to allow construction
of a dwelling without a variance.
