No report on the Watershed Subdistricts was
presented at this time due to the fact that
Hr. Loucks had not been able to have his
meeting with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed
District. A report should be forthcoming
at the next Council meeting.
The Village Council instructed the Village
Administrator to file the Casco Park Deed
waicA was given to him by the Village
Attorney this night.
Welsh moved, Butler seconded, to approve
Resolution #507, A Resolution Concerning
Speed Limits On Ferndale Road. Motion,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to change
the October Council meetings so that the
Village Council will have its regular
meetings on October 9 & October 24, 1973,
respectively. This action was taken due
to the fact that the normal meeting schedules
of the second and fourth Alondays of each month
in October are both holidays. Motion,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
The Village Attorney had no additional
F information concerning the Navarre water
project.
Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve
t,ie expenditures of Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds for the amount ncessary to permit
the blinnehaha Watershed Creel: District
to establish the bench ;nark areas in its
study that -it is currently doing for the
Village of Orono. Alotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve
the marina license for Gayle's Marina.
Iotion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). Mayor Oberhauser
abstained.
Butler moved, Nassengale seconded, that the
All Fund Accounts 14498 through 14598 and

be paid. Notion, Ayes (4) - Mays (0).
