A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF
ADA"4S STREET
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to
law, a public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village
Hall in the Village of Orono, Minnesota on .Pune 11, 1973 at 7:30 P.M.
to consider the vacation of Adams Street, described as follows;
Vacate Adams Street from County Road #19 (North Shore
Drive) to the southerly right-of-way for Park Avenue in
Berquist & Wicklund°s Park
Section 7 > Township 117 - Range 23
WHEREAS, no public intent would be served in the predictable
future by keeping Adams Street as a Village road,
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined the vacation of
the said street is in the best interests of the Village:
• NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the above described
street is hereby vacated.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held August 27, 19730
