A RESOLUTION LIMITING THREE PARCELS 01, LAND
TO ONE BUILDING SITE
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the Regis,:ered
Land Survey of Mr. ,James Fullerton of 400 Fox St-4•ect., and
WHEREAS, the width and size of Parcel D is of irregular
and inadequate in size to be a building site by i':s�:�f, and
1VHEREP,S,, an access problem exists for PErc;el Co
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED th�, t RLS 7270 Parc-1.
D and C are to be declared one building site.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Parcel B is also decla`:
as one building site,
