A RESOLUTION APPROVING THU VACATION OF BILL STREET
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according; to
law, a public hearing was held by the Village Planning Commission
at the Village Hall in rile Village of Or -3:4:o, Minnesota on May 21,
1.973 at 7:30 P.Mo CDT, to consider the vacation of Hill Street
from Tonka Avenue to Parcel 2100, described as follows:
Hill Street from the western edge of the right-of-way of
Tonka Avenue, west to the end of :fill Street in Bayside
Addition to sake Minnetonka, Plat =1900, Seco S. Township 117,
Range 23
WHEREAS, no public intent would be served in the prrsidictable
future by ;Keeping Hill Street as a Village road,
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined the vacation of
the sand street is in the best interests of the Village:
•NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RBSOLVED that the above described
street is Hereby vacated,
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting meld June 11, 19730
