❑ Solids accumulation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks
should be lumped out as won as possible.
❑ System is discharging to surface. Tanks must be pumped
within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
❑ Inspection friars missing—tanks could not be inspected.

at next pumpout. If tanks have not been pumped out within
the last throe Veers, thtsy should he pumped out now.

Otainfield Inspection indicate:
