• A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE COST OF NAVARRE STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FROM NAVARRE WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND TO STREET FUND
WHEREAS, the Navarre Water Construction Fund. was established
in 1971, the Village Council agreed to overlay the streets in
Navarre at a cost of $12,000.00 up and above the contract price,
rather than the contractor restoring the streets in Navarre to their
previous status.. The streets that were paved are as follows:
Kenwood Way
Carman Street
Caroline Avenue
Mapleridge Lane
Webb Street
Olive Avenue
Lydiard Avenue
Corral Road
Concordia Street
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Orono, Minnesota, that the cost of paving these streets be transferred;
from the Navarre Construction Fund to the Street Fund.
Ad.opted.by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held January 22, 1973.
