Gentlemen:
With respect to the final inspection notice on this property, we agree
to complete items #2,4,5,6,& 7 as soon as possible. Minor items #2,4
6, include installing a fail barrier and removing poly and #7 will be done
immediately and #5 will be done in the next several months when we
finish the basement.
