Curtis Anderson Construction
Company, Inc. and the City of Orono
Dear Jeanne:
Enclosed please find an originally signed stipulation
between the City of Orono and the attorney for Ideal Kitchens,
Inc., the plaintiff in the above-cited matter. This is the case
where Ideal Kitchens is suing several parties involved in the
Countriside Manor addition in a mechanics lien foreclosure
action. The City of Orono was named as a party to the proceedings
because of its Flowage and Conservation and Road and Utility
Easements recorded on the plat of Countryside Manor.
The stiplation states that the City may retain its two
easements, specifically over Lot 3, Block 2, Countryside Manor
regardless of the outcome of the Petitioner's foreclosure action.
Please keep this document in your file for future reference.
Very truly yours,
f( / e'._
Nany E.
