WHEREAS, Willi.am. McCarthy has contributed freely and selflessly
of his time and experience , and
WHlREA.S, his concern for the quality of life has made him a
leader in the field of ecology and_the preservation of Lake
Minnetonka, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the citizens of Orono and the
Village Council to give recognition for the contributions to
the community that this ind3".vidual has performed.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council extends
to William McCarthy its deep appreciation for a job well done.
The Council further wishes William McCarthy the very best
-happiness and success for the future.
