Re: Ideal Kitchens, Inc. v. Curtis Anderson Construction
Co., Inc., et al
Case No. 83-8109
Dear Mr. Anderson:
Enclosed please find a stipulation between the City of Orono
and your client, Ideal Kitchens, Inc. It is important to the City
that its two easements, a Flowage and Conservation Easement and a
Road and Utilities Easement be retained regardless of the, outcome
of this -mechanic's lien foreclosure proceeding.
I am enclosing four original, identical stipulations.
Please sign all four stipulations. I assume you will need two of
these four stipulations, one for the court and one for your
records. I would appreciate it if you would return the other two
signed stipulations to me so I may have one for my file and
forward one to the City.
Should you have any questions, please contact me.
