RESOLUTION #468 (cont.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said Village Council, acting
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes for 1949, Section 282.01, Subd. 1, that the
said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of
land described in said list as non -conservation land be -and the same is
hereby approved.
The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and the roll
being called, there were 4. YEAS and 0 NAYS, as follows:
Mayor Oberhauser Councilman McCarthy.
Councilman Butler
Councilman Massengale
Resolution adopted.

original record and that said resolution was duly adopted by said Village
Council at said meeting.
