I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Orono, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on the date therein indicated with the
original minutes thereof on file in my office and that the same is a full,
true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to pro-
viding.for the levy of taxes for unassessed portion of Sanitary Sewer Project
No. 1971LS-1 and submitting levy to the Hennepin County Auditor.

VILLAGE CLERK
A RESULUTION APPROVING THE 1973 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 1973
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, County of
Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for the
current year, collectible in 1973 upon taxable.property in the Village
of Orono, for the following purpose:
For All Funds including P.E.R.A. $362,989.14
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund levy of
$29,100.00 for 1973 adopted September 4, 1963 by Resolution #23 is
unnecessary and is ordered cancelled.
The Village Clerk -Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held October 9, 1972.
