A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF
DILAPIDATED BUILDING REMOVAL
WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Orono has under
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 463.22 pertaining to hazardous building removal';
has incurred certain expenses, the costs of which are hereby levied as
follows:

Hennepin County
Audior levy number #5581
2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he hereby'is authorized
and directed to extend upon proper tax lists of the county and further
collect said assessments thereon in the_,manner provided by law.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono at:,a regular
meeting held October 9, 1972.

WHEREAS, Resolution #458 unintentionally amitted the recitation of
certain factual material concerning 1972LS-1,
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Orono, Minnesota, Athat the Resolution be amended to read as
follows:
